April 26, Fineko/abc.az. Among the banks with total liabilities of AZN 1 bn, one bank saw a decrease of 3.16%, while the liabilities of three banks increased.

ABC.AZ reports that the total liabilities of the International Bank of Azerbaijan (ABB) decreased by AZN 322.348 million to AZN 9.85 bn in Q1 of 2023. Despite this, the state bank did not miss the leading position in the list.

The greatest growth was recorded on PASHA Bank. Thus, PASHA Bank increased its total liabilities compared with Q1 of 2022 by AZN 1.418 bn, or by 21.64%, up to AZN 7.97 bn. By the amount of these liabilities, PASHA Bank took the 2nd place in the list.

The smallest increase belongs to Xalq Bank – AZN 283.16 million. After this growth, bank's total liability amounted to AZN 2.221 bn, so Xalq Bank is also a large corporate bank with the lowest total liability.
