April 26, Fineko/abc.az. Comparison of consumer loans of the four largest banks for the 1st quarter of 2023 with the same quarter of 2022 has been published.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to banks’ financial statements that consumer loans of Xalq Bank decreased by AZN 1.919 million (or 0.88%) to AZN 215.496 million against Q1 of 2022. Therefore, Xalq Bank became the bank that gave the least number of consumer loans.

Kapital Bank had the most of all consumer loans. With a consumer loan of AZN 1.833 bn, it was able to top the list. The specified loan amounts to AZN 118.367 million, or 6.9% more than in the 1st quarter of 2022.

The International Bank of Azerbaijan (ABB) has become the bank that has increased consumer loans the most. Consumer loans of the state bank increased by AZN 216.59 million or by 25.98% up to AZN 1.47 bn.
