April 25, Fineko/abc.az. In Europe, 16 financial service providers are planning to launch a new payment system earlier next year.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the foreign press that banks in Europe plan to launch their own payment services.

Dutch financial institutions ABN Amro and Rabobank took part in the initiative. Speech is about PQI payment system.

The pilot introduction of the payment system will begin in France and Germany at the end of 2023, and in 2024 the system will also cover other countries.

Meanwhile, the above-said payment system will compete with Visa and Mastercard, used widely in Europe by the U.S.
