Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of SOCAR office in Bulgaria

April 25, Fineko/abc.az. The office of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) in the Republic of Bulgaria has been inaugurated in Sofia today.

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Bulgarian President Rumen Radev attended the opening ceremony.
