April 19, Fineko/abc.az. The users of iPhone 14 smartphone in China have filed a collective complaint against Apple.
ABC.AZ reports that the claim is that the device (even being practically new, in a state just out of the box) reboots itself – and does it quite often, 1-2 times a day.
Users agree that the cause of frequent reboots is not software, but hardware. It is natural that people apply to sellers, but they refuse to repair for various reasons.
Apple itself and its official reps have not yet commented on the problem.
