April 12, Fineko/abc.az. The Accounts Chamber conducted inspections in Nakhchivan and revealed some shortcomings.

ABC.AZ reports that ACA’s inspections revealed a number of shortcomings in remuneration in Nakhchivan.

It was noted that the settlements with the employee who returned from work leave, and the one-time allowance paid to the deceased employee, and the final remuneration paid to the dismissed employees, were calculated incorrectly, and the length of service was not taken into account when assigning qualifications.

Also, in some cases, unforeseen qualification requirements were allowed at the control facilities when appointing employees to a position, incorrect conclusion of employment contracts with third-party employees involved.

As a result of the identified shortcomings, it was found that during the period covered by the audit, 13,500 manats of excess and 4,200 manats of missing payments were made for the objects of third-party state financial control (SGFC).

In the period from 2017 to 2022, a total of AZN 18.7 million were used for 5 third-party objects of state financial control in Nakhchivan.
