March 7, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of the Garadagh Glass Factory is set at the level of AZN 35.95 million.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Department of International Cooperation & Public Relations of the State Service for Property Issues that the amount was formed on the basis of AZN 17.975 million shares with nominal value of 2 manats each.

In conclusion, it was noted that the factory for production of glassware for the food sector has 209 employees, an area of 14,556 sq m.

By the presidential decree from 29 October 2021, a number of enterprises and facilities of Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation OJSC are open for privatization. One of them is ASK Şüşə LLC.
