February 23, Fineko/abc.az. The form and procedure of submitting to the insurer a report on the state mandatory personal insurance premiums paid by the policyholder and insured persons has been approved.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant decision was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

In accordance with the decision, the premiums paid by the policyholder for state compulsory personal insurance and the form of the report to the insurer on the insured persons and the procedure for its submission are determined.

The decision reflects the submission of the report in e-form through Internet portal “e-Government” or “e-Social” of the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection, as well as on paper in respect of insured persons, information about which is subject to confidentiality.

Based on this, reporting forms containing relevant information were formed in the decision.
