February 23, Fineko/abc.az. The procedure for providing the state mandatory payment of personal insurance has been approved.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision.

The decision defines the procedure for proactive or on the basis of an application for the purpose of payment of state compulsory personal insurance, regulations on the payment of insurance benefits.

Under the decision, upon receipt of information about a person entitled to receive insurance benefits from information resources and systems of state bodies and institutions for provision of state payments for mandatory personal insurance, proactive appointment is carried out through the subsystem “State mandatory personal insurance”. In cases where proactive appointment is not possible, the provision of insurance benefits is considered on the basis of the application of the person entitled to receive insurance benefits.

Services related to provision of insurance benefits (acceptance of applications, verification of information about persons entitled to receive insurance benefits, appointment of insurance benefits, etc.) are provided through the Centralized Electronic Information System of the Ministry.

Persons entitled to receive insurance payments apply to the relevant structural divisions of the Fund and the DOST Centers of the Agency for Sustainable & Operational Social Security under the Ministry.
