February 20, Fineko/abc.az. Starting March 1, 2023, the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) CJSC announces discounts on road transport tariffs in both directions on the Baku-Turkmenbashi-Baku route.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to ASCO, that the fare for transportation of one standard truck with a trailer (TIR length is 16.5 m) in one direction (Baku-Turkmenbashi or Turkmenbashi-Baku) is $1,000 instead of $1,072.

If the driver purchases a round-trip ticket in advance, the cost will be $1,600 instead of $1,716. Rates are calculated in proportion to the length of the wheeled vehicle if it is more or less than 16.5 m.

Since the beginning of February, passenger cars have been transported in this direction at reduced rates. Currently, the cost of transporting a car on a ship is not $325, but $200.
