January 31, Fineko/abc.az. 80% of foreign citizens arriving in Azerbaijan live in hotels in Baku, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

According to the SSC, 79.6% of foreigners' overnight stays in hotels are in Baku hotels.

After Baku, Gabala is still the most visited area for foreigners – 7.2% of hotel stays. 4.0% of foreign tourists are registered in Guba, 3.4% in Gusar, 2.6% in Naftalan, 0.7% in Shabran, 0.6% in Nakhchivan, 1.9% in hotels in other cities and districts.
