December 21, Fineko/abc.az. By general meeting’s decision A-Təchizat LLC merges with Sun Food and announces its liquidation.

ABC.AZ reports that creditors can inform about their claims at the address: Baku city, Narimanov district, Academic Ziya Buniyadov Avenue, 350A.

Sun Food LLC announces reorganization as a result of merging with A-Təchizat LLC to it.

A-Təchizat was registered in 2015. Its authorized capital is AZN 10 million. Rasat Huseynov is its legal representative.

Sun Food LLC, owned by Azersun Holding, was established in 2003. Its authorized capital is AZN 110.125 million and the legal representative is Irfan Yilmaz.
