December 20, Fineko/abc.az. At the next plenary session the parliamentarians discussed and approved the amendments to the Law on Banks in the 3rd reading.
ABC.AZ informs that according to the changes, from now on, when documents or data are available through the e-government information system in the relevant state body (institution), they will not be requested from citizens.
If it is impossible to access documents or information through the e-government information system, their submission with the consent of the applicant will be requested from the relevant state body (institution) on the basis of the request or provided by the applicant.
