ABC.AZ reports that the opening ceremony was attended by President Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva, the Presidential Administration informs.

On 19 December, President Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have attended the opening of hotel The Ritz-Carlton Baku.
