October 28, Fineko/abc.az. Taking into account the sanctions imposed by Western countries against Russia, the CBA continues to exercise control in this direction.

ABC.AZ reports that CBA chairman Taleh Kazimov said this at a press conference. He noted that banks are aware of these sanctions.

"Every bank takes care not to harm its reputation. Currently, we do not note any steps that could fall under sanctions. The Mir payment system does not operate in Azerbaijan, but that was before the conflict," Kazimov added.
