This bank paid a deposit of AZN 63 million to its clients

October 27, Fineko/abc.az. BTB Bank has published a report on the results of the 3rd quarter of 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that during the reporting period bank's interest income reached AZN 19.86 million. Its interest expenses amounted to AZN 12.3 million.

The main part of interest expenses – AZN 63 million – is interests paid to customers with deposits in the bank.

AZN 5.7 million are other non–interest expenses. The interest-free income of the bank for this period totaled AZN 3.89 million. AZN 700,000 of income accounted for commission fees for account management, and 3.2 million manats – for other commission fees.

And bank's interest-free expenses for the reporting period amounted to AZN 10.86 million. Of them, AZN 5.1 million are commissions and fees for services rendered, and AZN 5.7 million are administrative expenses.

As a result, BTB Bank completed the 3rd quarter with operating profit of AZN 159,000.
