October 21, Fineko/abc.az. Kapital Bank’s shareholders held an extraordinary general meeting will hold on 17 November 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that the agenda of the general meeting includes the following issues:

-  Increasing Kapital Bank’s authorized capital.

-  Updating the Charter of Kapital Bank.

-  Updating the Regulation of Kapital Bank’s Supervisory Board.

- Other questions.

The meeting will be held at the bank's office at address: Baku, Badamdar Settlement, Mikail Mushfig Street, 2e (3rd floor, meeting room).

99.87% of Kapital Bank’s shares belong to Pasha Holding, 0.13% - to individuals. Bank’s authorized capital is AZN 245.85 million. Currently, Kapital Bank is a financial institution with the largest network of services in Azerbaijan.
