October 11, Fineko/abc.az. The winner of the open tender procedure announced by the State Shusha City Department for construction and improvement of 15 more buildings of the residential complex has been chosen, ABC.AZ was informed at the Department.

In compliance with the tender terms tender winner ARCHICAD LLC will build 15 residential buildings of 3-5 floors with parking, and will also give a guarantee for 24 months of operation after completion of construction.

In accord with the Shusha City Master Plan, the construction of a residential area consisting of a total of 23 buildings is being carried out.
