September 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank is conducting trial work as part of the modernization of the technical infrastructure of the interbank Card Center.
ABC.AZ was informed at the bank that in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of operations carried out by the Central Bank through the country's card infrastructure, as well as to ensure security, the reliable operation of the interbank Card Center, established in 2016, is constantly in the spotlight, and modernization measures are constantly underway in this direction.
As part of those activities, appropriate trial work with provision of backup centers is planned for the functioning of the system in the period from 03:00 to 04:00 for 3 days, starting from 07.09.2022, in order to assess the stability of the updated technical infrastructure of the interbank card center based on modern standards during emergencies.
