August 23, Fineko/abc.az. The euro rate fell below the dollar rate.

ABC.AZ reports that in recent days, the European currency again began to weaken against the dollar, as a result of which 1 euro on the international Forex exchanges fell to 0.995 dollars.

Prior to this, such cases occurred in mid-July. The fall of the euro against the dollar is associated both with the strengthening of the dollar as a result of the policy of the US Federal Reserve System (FRS), and with the weakening of the euro itself against the backdrop of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
