August 19, Fineko/abc.az. Baki Sigorta OJSC ended the first half of this year on a net profit of 103,000 manats, while for the same period last year the company suffered losses in the amount of 1.025 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports that in January-June Baki Sigorta's income amounted to 3.49 million manats (3.6 times more than a year ago), expenses made 3.362 million manats (68.95% more), and payments on income tax made 26,000 manats (there was none a year ago).

As of July 1 this year, Baki Sigorta's assets amounted to 12.73 million manats, which is 1.45% more than the annual figure. During the reporting period, the company's liabilities increased by 20.5% to 4.774 million manats, while the balance sheet capital decreased by 7.3% and amounted to 7.956 million manats.
