August 18, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (TCMB) cut its key rate by 1 percentage point to 13%.
ABC.AZ reports referring to the Turkish press that TCMB has signed a reduction in interest rates, focusing on the loss of economic activity.
At the TCMB meeting held on December 16, 2021, the discount rate was reduced from 15% to 14%.
