July 27, Fineko/abc.az. The organizational & legal form of the Bunyad Sardarov Machine-Building Plant has been changed to LLC, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service under the Economy Ministry.

The State Service for Property Issues issued an order on 21 July, according to which company’s authorized capital was increased by AZN 4.155 million or 35.5% from AZN 11.855 million up to AZN 16.06 million.

The Bunyad Sardarov Machine-Building Plant was established in 2001 on the basis of the industrial enterprise of the same name, which has been operating since 1926 as a commercial institution.
