Premium Bank has published a report - there is a lag in many divisions

July 25, Fineko/abc.az. Earlier it was reported that Premium Bank announced the results of the first half of 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that Bank's interest expenses decreased by 1.75 times, or by 43% – from AZN 8.66 million to AZN 4.9 million.

The decrease in interest expenses is linked with decline of interests paid by the bank on deposits – this amount dropped from AZN 8 million to AZN 4.3 million.

Premium Bank's non-interest income totaled AZN 7.5 million.

Of them, AZN 5.4 million accounted for fees and commission income, and AZN 2.1 million for income from foreign exchange transactions.

And in non-interest expenses of the bank, there is decrease of AZN 1.3 million, or 9.1%. The bank achieved this by saving AZN 2 million on other expenses.
