July 22, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has amended the December 23, 2021 decree on SOFAZ budget 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the change, Fund's revenue forecast for this year has been increased by AZN 5.199 bn or 9.4%, from AZN 10.589 bn up to AZN 15.789 bn, and the expenditure forecast for this year reduced by AZN 1.19 bn or 9.3%, from AZN 12.789 bn up to AZN 11.597 bn.

Eventually, SOFAZ's budget balance will amount to AZN 4.19 bn that will increase its assets by about $2.5 bn (the current forecast envisaged deficit of AZN 2.2 bn).

Besides, this year’s transfers from SOFAZ to the State Budget were reduced by AZN 1.19 bn, or 9.4%, from AZN 12.7 bn up to AZN 11.517 bn.
