July 22, Fineko/abc.az. The Bank of Russia on Friday sharply lowered the key rate by 1.5 p.p. at once, to 8% per annum, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Russian media.

This is the fifth consecutive reduction in the key rate after a sharp increase at the end of February.
