May 17, Fineko/abc.az. 100% shareholder AzRe Təkrarsığorta has sold Qala Sığorta, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the reinsurer. The buyer is not disclosed.

Currently, AzRe Təkrarsığorta controls only 90% of the shares of Qala Həyat Sığorta OJSC and 6.55% of the shares of Azer-Turk Bank OJSC.

Qala Sığorta was established in 2015 on the basis of company Chartis-Azerbaijan, operating since 1999. American International Group has been its shareholder so far.
