April 20, Fineko/abc.az. The Baku real estate market has seen a 1.68% increase in prices over the past three months.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by real estate expert Nusret Ibragimov.

He added that the price increase is a conservative step compared with the same term of 2021: "In 2021, the price increase was more intense. Price growth varies in different segments. The most intensive price growth is observed in new buildings – by 10.3%. There has also been a price increase of almost 14% in the land market."
