April 18, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on financial assistance to religious organizations in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that under the order, for provision of financial assistance to religious entities in Azerbaijan, the Presidential Reserve Fund of the Azerbaijan State Budget 2022 allocated AZN 1 million to the Caucasus Muslims Department, AZN 350,000 to the Baku and Azerbaijan Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, AZN 350,000 to the Religious Community of Mountain Jews of Baku, AZN 350,000 to Baku Religious Community of European Jews, AZN 350,000 to the Apostolic Prefecture of the Catholic Church in Azerbaijan and AZN 350,000 to the Albanian-Udi Christian Religious Community of Azerbaijan, as well as AZN 350,000 to the Foundation for the Promotion of Spiritual Values subordinated to the State Committee for Work with Religious Entities for the purpose of material support of other non–Islamic religious communities.
