ABC.AZ reports that at the meeting it was stressed that the Caspian Sea coast is surrounded by villas and the population cannot use the beaches.

"Citizens want to walk along the seashore and use the beaches. But, as everyone knows, the coast of the Caspian Sea continues to be "occupied". In recent years, at the initiative of IDEA head Leyla Aliyeva, the creation of public beaches has begun in Baku, and I welcome this. But that's not enough. Everyone has fenced five to ten hectares on the seashore, citizens see, experience this lawlessness, express dissatisfaction. And then we tell them about the law, the rule of law, we say that everyone is equal before the law. And the people see that this opinion is wrong," the MPs noted.
