April 13, Fineko/abc.az. Non-fulfillment of contractual obligations by some countries creates problems for Russia.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the foreign media that the statement was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Against the background of the refusal of a number of unfriendly countries to buy Russian energy resources, Russia will be able to increase the consumption of oil, gas and coal inside the country, increase their processing, and also find alternative foreign markets. Putin also said that Russia could expand energy exports to new markets.

"We can direct our energy resources to countries that really need it. We’ll be able to increase the consumption of oil, gas and coal throughout the country," Putin said.
