April 11, Fineko/abc.az. Georgia has received a questionnaire on granting the status of a candidate for membership in the European Union (EU).

ABC.AZ reports that the document transfer ceremony was held in Luxembourg.

European Commissioner for Enlargement & Neighborhood Policy Oliver Varkheli presented the document to Georgian Foreign Minister Ilya Darchiashvili in Luxembourg.

Moldova also received the questionnaire. Filling out the questionnaire is a necessary step to grant countries the status of candidates to the EU.
