April 8, Fineko/abc.az. The government is working on documents to begin the process of nationalization of Russian property in Ukraine.

ABC.AZ reports that Ukrainian PM Denis Shmygal stated about this at the nationwide telethon on 8 April.

"There are a number of businesses in Ukraine that belong to Russia. Of course, legislation on nationalization has been adopted. We have started these processes in order to compensate for part of the losses caused to us by the Russian Federation at the expense of these revenues," the PM said.

The Ukrainian parliament adopted a law on nationalization on 3 March.
