April 4, Fineko/abc.az. Russia has been opening a land border with China since 9 April, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Russian Covid-19 Prevention Operational Headquarters.

Since 9 April Russian citizens can enter China through the land border, as well as foreign citizens can visit Russia from China.
