March 14, Fineko/abc.az. Armenia responded to the proposals submitted by Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Armenian Foreign Affairs Ministry’s statement.

"On the basis of the UN Charter, the International Covenant on Political and Civil Rights and the Helsinki Final Act, in order to organize negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan on the conclusion of a peace treaty, Armenia appealed to the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs," the statement says.

Earlier, Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov said that Azerbaijan had submitted proposals to Armenia on normalization of relations. The document consists of five paragraphs.
