March 2, Fineko/abc.az. In connection with the tense situation in Ukraine, more than a hundred Azerbaijani citizens left Odessa to the border with Moldova.
ABC.AZ was informed at the press service of the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora that the chairman of public organization Unity of the Azerbaijani Diaspora of Odessa Rovshan Guliyev noted that during this period our compatriots were kept in the House of Azerbaijan in Odessa, all their needs were met.
At the Ukrainian-Moldovan border, they will be met by representatives of the relevant state bodies of Azerbaijan and, as soon as the appropriate conditions are created, they will be evacuated to Baku.
