February 18, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has received Joshgun Jabrailov as the executive power head in Nizami district and Elgin Gabibullayev as the executive power in Narimanov district, and Elkhan Ibragimov as the executive power head of Kurdamir district of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state explained a number of issues.

"Despite the fact that we’ve achieved great success, the country faces quite a lot of problems, and the solution of these problems on the ground largely depends on officials. The state and the government do what depends on them. The government is taking steps to deepen reforms in its daily activities. That is, all necessary measures are being taken. In addition, the financial resources obtained as a result of our successful policy allow this. Now we are one of the rare countries in the world that does not depend on anyone, is absolutely independent economically, does not need any loans," the president said.
