ABC.AZ reports that these houses are being developed by architectural bureau "Green Magic Home".

The basis of a Hobbit-type house is a reinforced polymer structure.

These structures are manufactured at a facility in the Mexican city of Cancun and are delivered to customers from there.

The manufacturer says that sewerage, water supply, channels for wires can be added at any stage of construction. According to the company's calculations, a one-room module is assembled by three workers without special training in 3 days for $500.
