Bestcomp Group changes its form and to act as a CJSC

January 12, Fineko/abc.az. Bestcomp Group LLC has changed its organizational and legal form.

ABC.AZ reports that a large IT company with authorized capital of AZN 8.96 million will operate as a closed joint-stock company.

Bestcomp Group was established in 1998.

The CJSC offers a wide range of services, including system integration, solutions for data centers, network solutions, power supply and cooling systems, application and software development, IT consulting services, distribution.

In 2020, the company received net profit of AZN 9.704 million.
