Passenger traffic by rail grew by 1.7% in Azerbaijan

April 25, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan registered an increase in passenger transportation by rail for the first 3 months of 2018.

The State Statistics Committee informs that 510,200 passengers were carried in the first quarter.

"Compared to the 2017 same term, passenger traffic increased by 1.7%," the Committee reported.

The Committee says that cargo transshipment was carried out by 688 cars for the reporting period (307 cars were loaded and 381 cars unloaded).
