June 16, Fineko/abc.az. American company eBay has put up for sale a business in South Korea.

ABC.AZ reports that the company plans to sell its business to Shinsegae Group. The transaction value will be US$3.6 bn.

Earlier, the largest S Korean retailer Lotte Shopping participated in negotiations on the sale of the subsidiary, but the deal did not take place for unknown reasons.
