March 15, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan continues to take the initiative to create new transport corridors within the framework of expanding its transit potential.

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said that the initiative to create a new transport corridor has been presented today during the first quadrilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran and Georgia.

"The initiative envisages the creation of a new transport corridor South-West," the minister said.

According to him, it will include all spheres of cooperation.
