April 30, Fineko/abc.az. The credit activity keeps on recovering.

ABC.AZ reports that Central Bank’s chairman Elman Rustamov stated this at today’s media conference.

He noted that in the 1st quarter of this year the banks’ loan portfolio grew by 1.4%, including business loans by 1%, mortgage loans by 4.3%, and consumer loans by 0.5%.

"The extension of many macroprudential easing measures until 1 July ensures additional support for credit activity," Rustamov said.
