April 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Meghri customs office operating between Armenia and Iran has been closed.

ABC.AZ reports that a lot of trucks have accumulated around the Armenia-Iran checkpoint because of the closure of customs.

The checkpoint was closed by order of deputy chair of the State Revenue Committee of Armenia Shushanik Nersisyan.

The reason for issuing the instruction is unknown. The Committee also did not issue an official statement on the incident.
