April 6, Fineko/abc.az.  President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the establishment of the Center for Commercialization & Technology Transfer under the Intellectual Property Agency.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the decree the Cabinet Ministers is tasked to create the Center within 15 days and inform country’s president about it.
