March 29, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of non-cash payments made through POS-terminals in Azerbaijan in February has been published.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Central Bank that for the reported period the non-cash payments through POS terminals amounted to AZN 252 million.

According to CBA’s report, this means a 2-fold rise compared with the same term of 2020.

As for the number of payment transactions, it reached 5.88 million ones. And the volume of payments through ATMs amounted to AZN 37 million, which in 2020 amounted to only AZN 17 million.
