December 29, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the measures aimed at implementing a pilot project of the construction of a 240 MW wind power plant.

ABC.AZ reports that the decree provides for the necessary measures on the signing of the "investment agreement”, "energy purchase & sale agreement”, “agreement on connection to the transmission network”, “land lease agreement”, “direct agreement” and "independent engineering agreement" in connection with the construction of a 240 MW wind power plant.
