September 28, Fineko/abc.az. On 28 September President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree declaring the partial mobilization in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the approved plans of the State Service for Mobilization & Conscription of Azerbaijan, it was instructed to ensure the conscription of military personnel for mobilization and take measures arising from the military transport duty.
