April 21, Fineko/abc.az. A proposal has been made to reduce the rates of state duty for consular operations in Azerbaijan and diplomatic missions of Azerbaijan abroad.
ABC.AZ reports that the change is suggested in the draft law on state duty.
According to the amendments, it is indicated that the fee for registering a marriage will be cut from $40 to $10, and for changing the name, surname, patronymic, the state fee will drop from $50 to $20. The bill also says a significant reduction in the rates of state duty for other consular operations. In addition, the coverage of points for which no state fee is charged is being expanded.
