April 17, Fineko/abc.az. Some questions arose when the lump-sum payment of 190 manats to the unemployed appeared on the agenda.

The most important of them is related to whether unemployed persons temporarily residing in Baku but registered in Nakhchivan are entitled to receive 190 manats.

The matter, which has long been the focus of many people's attention, has been clarified.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, it was noted that the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has its own system, and all payments are made in the autonomy itself. Even pensions are paid on the different system and budget.
